Coach Welly Acceptable Use Policy

Here at Coach Welly, our goal is to help you the business owner support, engage and reward your members, employees, or customer at scale. To do this we need the help of all our users when using the Coach Welly App to keep it running smoothly for the benefit of all. To do this we need you not to misuse or abuse any of our products or services.

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to Australian consumer law.

Ownership: Coach Welly and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights are the sole property of Coach Welly or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, titles, and interests in the app belong to Coach Welly.

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using any of the app's intellectual property without prior written consent from Coach Welly.
